Hosting, backups, updates and support included. The monthly fee is set by two dials: how much custom work you want, and how fast you want to move. It includes a yearly reserve of development days, and a purchase option can be written into the contract, like a real leasing.

It is made-to-measure software: a proven base, adjusted to your workshop, instead of a dozen generic tools or a full build to fund.
PrintCore is the digital core we assemble for your print shop from components already in production on our other business platforms (orders, portals, PEPPOL invoicing, multilingual shops) and fifteen years of print software, including online printing shops operated since 2011. Your configuration (catalogue, pricing rules, production flow) is built during onboarding: you start on solid ground, not on a product to be invented.

It is set by two dials: how much custom work you want, and how fast you want to move, with a yearly reserve of development days included. It replaces several licences, hosting and admin time. The monthly fee is not money down the drain: it covers full use of an operated platform (hosting, support, evolutions) and the development days that move it forward. A purchase option can be written into the contract: after an agreed period, you buy your platform and switch to a simple maintenance contract. And at any time, your data can be exported in open formats.
White label means the platform carries your brand instead of ours, up to offering it as your own product. Logo, colours, domain name, online shop, quote, proof and invoice templates: everything your clients see carries your brand. KERN-IT appears nowhere if you prefer.
On servers in Europe, GDPR compliant. Daily backups, encrypted exchanges, audit log. Dedicated hosting is available for organisations that require it.
The commitment stays flexible: the plan is sized and terminated under clear conditions, presented during the demo. If you stop, you get all of your data back in open formats: reversibility is part of the contract.
