Odoo Integrator in Brussels

Odoo installed, configured and actually adopted by your teams

You have decided to move to Odoo, or you are seriously considering it. The real question is no longer "which ERP", but "who will implement it, how long will it take and what will it cost".

We are an Odoo integrator based in Brussels (2A Rue Belliard). We take the project end to end: process scoping, module configuration, data migration, team training and go-live. You know from day one what you are paying and when you go live.

What sets us apart: we are also a Python development shop with over 14 years of practice. When standard Odoo is enough, we configure and we don't bill needless development. When your business falls outside the box, we write a real module. You never have to switch providers mid-project, or find out after three months that "this wasn't in scope".

We work in French and Dutch, across Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders.

Odoo Integrator in Brussels

Why choose a local Odoo integrator

Belgian context built in from day one
Belgian chart of accounts, VAT, ONSS, Bancontact, and above all PEPPOL electronic invoicing, now unavoidable for B2B exchanges. An integrator outside Belgium discovers these topics during your project. We don't.

A team you can reach, not a ticket
Offices in Brussels, on-site meetings when the project needs them, and the same people from scoping through to support. We work across the 19 communes, in Wallonia and in Flanders.

One provider for everything
Configuration, module development, API integrations, data migration and training. No finger-pointing between the integrator who configures and the developer who codes: it's the same team.

Up to 70% of your Odoo project may be subsidised

An ERP project is an investment. The good news is that all three Belgian regions actively support SME digitalisation, and a management tool like Odoo falls within eligible spending.

In Brussels, the digitalisation grant from Brussels Economy and Employment can cover a significant share of consulting costs, with applications filed through the MonBEE platform. In Wallonia, the chèques-entreprises scheme funds digital transformation work. In Flanders, the KMO-portefeuille plays the same role.

Rates, ceilings and eligibility rules change regularly and depend on your situation: always check your region's official portal before building a budget around them. We help you scope the project and produce the detailed quotes these applications require.

What we set up in Odoo

Sales & CRM
Sales pipeline, quotations, orders, invoicing, subscriptions and follow-ups. The full journey from lead to payment, with no re-entry between two tools.

Purchasing, inventory & manufacturing
Procurement, receiving, multi-warehouse inventory, lot and serial traceability, bills of materials and manufacturing orders.

Belgian accounting
Chart of accounts, VAT returns, bank reconciliation (CODA), PEPPOL electronic invoicing and a bridge to your accountant.

Projects, HR & services
Timesheets, planning, project profitability, leave, expenses and recruitment. Essential as soon as you bill time rather than products.

Budget and timeline: what nobody tells you before the quote

Most integrators refuse to show a single figure before a meeting. We prefer to give you the market's order of magnitude right away, even if it means you conclude the timing isn't right. These ranges cover the implementation work: Odoo licences are paid separately, per user per month, directly to the publisher.

Focused start
One or two modules, simple data, few users. Allow 2 to 4 weeks. The right format to validate Odoo without committing the whole company.

Standard SME rollout
Several connected modules, data migration, team training. Allow 4 to 8 weeks and an implementation budget most often between €15,000 and €40,000.

Project with development
Custom modules, integrations with your existing tools, specific business processes. Allow 8 to 16 weeks, with a budget often above €40,000.

The line items people forget
Data migration (€2,000 to €10,000 depending on the state of your existing data), each third-party integration (€2,000 to €15,000) and training. These are what blow up a budget that was quoted too low.

Our implementation method, in 6 steps

1

1. Process audit
We spend a day with your teams to understand how you actually work, not how the org chart says you do. This is where the project is won or lost.

2

2. Scoping and firm quote
Module scope, list of integrations, volume of data to migrate, training plan. You get a budget and a schedule, not a range that keeps sliding.

3

3. Configuration
Setup of the chosen modules, Belgian chart of accounts, workflows, access rights and reports. We always exhaust the standard before writing a line of code.

4

4. Data migration
Customers, suppliers, products, stock, invoicing history. Imported from your old ERP, Excel, CSV or SQL database, with consistency checks before switchover.

5

5. Training and full-scale testing
Your teams work on a test instance with their real data. An ERP nobody uses is a failure, however well configured.

6

6. Go-live and follow-up
Supported switchover, reinforced presence in the first weeks, then support and evolutions. Odoo version upgrades are anticipated, not endured.

Frequently asked questions about Odoo integration

Odoo is software, not an off-the-shelf solution. An Odoo integrator translates the way you work into configuration: choosing the useful modules, setting up your processes, migrating your existing data, training your teams and supporting you in production. Without one, you get a generic ERP nobody uses. A reseller sells you licences; an integrator gets you live.

For an SME, implementation work most often lands between €15,000 and €40,000 for a multi-module rollout with data migration and training. A focused start on one or two modules costs considerably less; a project with custom development often exceeds €40,000. On top of that come Odoo licences, billed per user per month by the publisher. Depending on your region, a digitalisation grant may cover a significant share.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for a start on one or two modules, 4 to 8 weeks for a standard multi-module SME rollout, and 8 to 16 weeks as soon as custom development or integrations with your existing tools are involved. What stretches a project is almost never the configuration: it's the quality of your data and your teams' availability.

Community is free and open source, with no per-user licence, but without Studio, without the official mobile app and without certain modules (full accounting, advanced MRP, publisher support). Enterprise is paid per user and covers those gaps. In practice, a Belgian SME that wants to run its accounting and VAT in Odoo generally goes with Enterprise. We help you decide on concrete criteria, not ideological ones.

We are currently finalising our official Odoo partnership. In the meantime, what matters for your project: over 14 years of Python, dozens of companies digitalised, and Odoo modules that survive version upgrades. The partner label certifies a volume of licences sold; it does not certify that someone can read your processes or write clean code.

Yes. We are based in Brussels and work across Belgium, in French and Dutch. A good share of the work happens remotely, with on-site visits at the moments that genuinely matter: the initial audit, training sessions and go-live.

We'll tell you. Odoo is excellent at classic management processes, but it isn't the answer to everything: some businesses are better off keeping a dedicated tool connected to Odoo by API rather than bending the ERP until it becomes unreadable. Since we also build custom software, we have no incentive to push you towards Odoo if it isn't the right architecture.
