After more than 15 years in the field, Khalid defines KERN-IT’s vision, establishes the architectures, and leads the team as CTPO.

He is fluent in business and technology. From marketing, GTM, product strategy, pricing, sales models, finance, to architectural choices, code, infrastructure, scalability, and AI; he navigates both worlds with equal ease.

His true strengths are ideation, anticipation, and the conviction that there is always an effective solution to every problem. He always has a plan for everything.

What truly motivates him is both building something lasting and helping the people around him grow. He has a deep love for management.

Outside the office, he is a lover of nature and the mountains, and science fiction is his universe: books, series, films — nothing escapes him. On the gaming side, it’s space simulators and futuristic strategy. His head is always in the future, and he regrets being born too early.

You might think he is not really talkative at first, but once he gets started, he’s a real chatterbox.

Greg joined KERN-IT in 2016 and has been with the agency for nearly 10 years, with 15 years of experience in design and project management. He handles most of the frontend web designs and co-leads the web team alongside Damien.

His philosophy is defined by a clean, aesthetic approach, nothing excessive. He always looks for the right balance between simplicity and effectiveness. With a strong track record in real estate, tourism, and heritage, he is often the first person you will meet for a project.

When it comes to tools, he masters Figma and builds solid, lasting design systems. He also relies on strong no-code practice to deliver solutions tailored to every context.

Off-screen, Greg is a photographer at heart, a traveler, a music lover and a sportsman. His appreciation for design is also represented at home. His house looks like a museum of objects collected over the years, some of which have been passed down to us. Greg enjoys Lego building, but most importantly he is always up for a new adventure, or a good gaming session: FIFA, Call of Duty, Red Dead Redemption 2 or Jurassic Park Tycoon, depending on the mood.

Hélène joined the team in 2017, bringing nine years of experience at KERN-IT. She is our technical right-hand and our frontend development expert, being the starting point for the vast majority of our frontend projects. She works across a variety of sectors: real estate, tourism, the public sector, non-profit organizations, and SaaS.

A frontend architect and expert in React and Leaflet, she leads R&D in mapping and AI, and manages the Kernel project, our foundation of reusable building blocks based on Python and Wagtail.

She is the quiet strength and reliable pillar of development at KERN-IT. Known as an excellent behind-the-scenes strategist, she is capable of finding pragmatic solutions without overcomplication. When given autonomy, her work is delivered with reliable precision, like clockwork.

An engineer at heart, seven days a week. On weekends, she works on her personal projects, whether in a proprietary language to customize a connected device, in .NET, or in our Python/React stack. She's also the creator of FrogStrip, our in-house comic strip.

Hélène has a strong commitment mindset: The Witcher on Death March difficulty, Disco Elysium down to the last detail, and even her Pokémon are optimized to the max.

Whether in her professional or personal life, she never gives up.

Damien joined KERN-IT in 2019, bringing seven years of experience to his role. He's our versatile expert, our MacGyver.

Many times, we have challenged him, but even AI can’t compete with our advanced CSS specialist. As an expert in technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and frontend auditing, he always has a solution, or knows exactly who can support him.

He’s involved in all kinds of projects: he’s taken over prototypes abandoned by developers and navigated ultra-complex solutions while the team rebuilt the client’s platform. He is our vital buffer at KERN-IT. He’s the one who shapes our web technology choices, especially around Wagtail.

With him, we can talk about CSS, video games, politics, psychology, beer, soccer. He is also an expert in Rubik’s Cubes — he owns thousands of them at home and solves them with his eyes closed. No puzzle is too difficult for him.

Damien is also a former raid leader on WoW, a big fan of simulators, and he's also been spotted exploring Middle-earth in The Lord of the Rings Online.

A man of depth, in every sense of the word.

Mohamad joined us in 2020, bringing six years of experience at KERN-IT. His area of expertise is Python backend development, system integrations, and connectors, using tools like Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Wagtail, and Docker.

A specialist in ERP and CRM integrations, he can connect all your systems. He works primarily on projects in the real estate sector and participates in the company’s R&D projects.

He enjoys video games, travel, and TV series, and occasionally shares his passions with us. He also likes tinkering at home, whether it’s building water level sensors or experimenting with various gadgets, which he sometimes shows us.

A console gamer at heart, he's a PlayStation fan, particularly of adventure and exploration games, but he isn't afraid to step into the ring for a good fighting game session against Jérôme and Blazej.

Céline joined the team in 2021, bringing five years of experience at KERN-IT. She handles the web design and branding for your projects, primarily using Figma.

She's our quiet strength in design. She's a great listener and has a remarkable memory. She's notably responsible for our portals, admin interfaces, and the Barnai and Kern4Good projects.

She also appreciates that her work doesn’t end with delivery: with her, no email goes unanswered, and if a question falls outside her expertise, she’ll find the right team member who can help.

You'll never see Céline angry, complaining, or getting upset. She's a rock. Everything moves forward, and she never gives up.

Outside the office, Céline loves discovering new horizons, whether through traveling, trying new restaurants, or experimenting with new pastry recipes. Céline has a creative soul and fills her free time with pottery, interior decorating, and DIY. She is also a great animal lover who enjoys taking care of them.

Błażej joined us in 2021, making it five years at KERN-IT. A psychologist by training, with a PhD in neuropharmacology, he is our backend developer, data engineer and internal psychologist.

Błażej is fast, reliable and as regular as clockwork. An excellent sparring partner, a dedicated professional who under-promises and overdelivers.

Interested in information processing, unconventional intelligences, human behavior, life sciences, music, games and hiking in nature.

Chatty guy, during his free time he plays Vintagestory, tweaks his NixOS infrastructure, expands an AI assistant, reads science-fiction or listens to vinyls while shuffling cards before a game with his wife.

He is also our office psychologist.

Jérôme discovered KERN-IT in 2017, went back to school, then returned for good in 2022, giving him four years of experience at KERN-IT. He works alongside Mohamad on the backend and leads R&D for the Swag project.

His technical expertise includes Python, Django, SQLAlchemy, Wagtail, and Docker, with a strong focus on AI integration and LLM. He works primarily on projects in the real estate sector.

He’s our AI pioneer: he was hooked from the very beginning, and his weekend experiments often serve as the team’s first tests.

A hybrid of a jack-of-all-trades and a developer, he helps out when needed — it’s just his nature. His generosity often leads him to go above and beyond the scope of his contract. He’s always full of ideas and initiative; he’s also our dreamer.

Jérôme is our second night owl, he can sometimes be found working with Khalid at ungodly hours. He's a fan of Japanese video games.

Elizabeth joined us in 2024, making it two years since joining KERN-IT. She is responsible for office management and optimizing daily operations. Her duties also include managing prospecting and the administrative oversight of R&D projects originating from KernLab.

A translator by training, Elizabeth is proficient in French, English, Spanish, and Russian. She has a solid knowledge of classic and modern TV series, as well as geek culture.

In her free time, she dedicates herself to reading and baking. However, her hidden talent lies in writing, an activity she practices without the help of artificial intelligence, prioritizing authenticity.

Jakub joined the team in 2025, marking one year at KERN-IT. Born in 2000, he plunged into the world of design at the age of 15, starting with pre-press and press during his secondary studies.

Throughout his career and internships, inspired by various forms of art, he continuously explored and developed his skills, becoming not only a designer but also a developer.

His true strength lies in his listening skills and precision. He is capable of translating an entire discourse into images or words with disconcerting accuracy. He is also our AI explorer on the design side; AI now allows him to explore even more creative paths.

Jakub is delivering his first projects, and we'll soon see him working on increasingly complex assignments alongside Hélène and Blazej.

He is passionate about multiple forms of art: cycling, watchmaking, music, hardware (including retro-computing) and DIY. Once he gets started, his concentration is his best work tool.
