With over 15 years in the field, Khalid sets the vision for KERN-IT, designs its architectures and leads the team as CTO/CPO.

He speaks two languages fluently: business and technology. Marketing, go-to-market, product strategy, pricing, sales models, finance, or architecture choices, code, infrastructure, scalability, artificial intelligence — he moves between both worlds with the same ease.

His real strengths: ideation, anticipation, and the conviction that there is always an effective solution to every problem. He always has a plan for everything.

What truly drives him is imagining and building something that lasts, just as much as helping the people around him grow. He genuinely loves management.

Outside the office, he is a lover of nature and the mountains, and science fiction is his world: books, series, films — nothing escapes him. On the gaming side, it’s space simulators and futuristic strategy. His head is always in the future, and he regrets being born too early.

Reserved at first. But once he gets going, he’s a real chatterbox.

Greg joined KERN-IT in 2016 and has been with the agency for nearly 10 years, with 15 years of experience in design and project management. He handles most of the frontend web designs and co-leads the web team alongside Damien.

His approach? Clean, aesthetic, never excessive. He always looks for the right balance between simplicity and effectiveness. At KERN-IT, he has built strong sector expertise in real estate, tourism, heritage and architecture. He is often the first person you will meet in our exchanges.

When it comes to tools, he masters Figma and builds solid, lasting design systems. He also relies on strong no-code practice to deliver solutions tailored to every context.

Off-screen, Greg is a photographer at heart, a traveler, a music lover and a sportsman. He loves beautiful things. His house looks like a museum of objects collected over the years, some of which have been passed down to us. A guitar is never far away, a backpack always ready, and a proud fascination with dinosaurs. Always up for a new adventure, or a good gaming session: FIFA, Call of Duty, Red Dead Redemption 2 or Jurassic Park Tycoon, depending on the mood.

Hélène joined the team in 2017, bringing 9 years of experience at KERN-IT. She is our right-hand on the frontend side, and the starting point for the vast majority of our projects in that area. She works across diverse sectors: real estate, tourism, public sector, non-profits, SaaS.

A frontend architect and React and Leaflet expert, she leads R&D in mapping and AI, and drives the Kernel project, our reusable building-block framework based on Python and Wagtail.

She is the quiet strength and reliable backbone of development at KERN-IT. A brilliant strategist behind the scenes, able to find pragmatic solutions, never excessive, never late. When you let her work, it ships like clockwork.

An engineer at heart, 7 days a week. On weekends, she works on her personal projects, whether in a proprietary language to customize a connected device, in .NET, or in our Python/React stack. She is also the creator of FrogStrip, our in-house comic.

A true try-harder: The Witcher on Death March mode, Disco Elysium explored down to the last corner, and even her Pokémon are optimized to the smallest detail.

She never lets go. At the office, neither.

Damien joined KERN-IT in 2019, bringing 7 years of experience. Our true Swiss Army knife, our MacGyver.

Advanced CSS specialist — even AIs can’t compete with him. We tried everything to dethrone him. Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and frontend audit expert, he always has a solution, or knows exactly who to ask.

He works on every kind of project: he has picked up prototypes abandoned by other developers, navigated ultra-complex solutions while the team rebuilt a client’s platform. He is our shield. He is the one who structures our web technology choices, particularly around Wagtail.

With him, you can talk about CSS, video games, politics, psychology, beers, football and especially Rubik’s Cubes. He has thousands of them at home and solves them with his eyes closed. No puzzle stands a chance.

Former WoW raid leader, big simulator fan, he has also been spotted roaming Middle-earth on Lord of the Rings Online.

A man of depth, in every sense of the word.

Mohamad joined us in 2020, bringing 6 years of experience at KERN-IT. His playground: Python backend, system integrations and connectors, with Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Wagtail and Docker.

An ERP and CRM integrations specialist, with him we manage to connect all of your systems. He works in particular on real estate projects and contributes to the agency’s R&D efforts.

He loves video games as much as travel and TV series, which he sometimes shares with us. He also enjoys tinkering at home, whether it’s water-level sensors or experiments with various gadgets that he occasionally lets us discover.

Console gamer at heart, PlayStation fan, adventure and exploration games, but ready to put on the gloves for a good fighting game against Jérôme and Blazej.

Céline joined the team in 2021, bringing 5 years of experience at KERN-IT. She handles the web design and branding of your projects, with Figma as her main playground.

She is our quiet design force. She listens a lot and remembers an enormous amount. She is responsible in particular for our portals, our admin interfaces, and the Barnai and Kern4Good projects.

She also loves when her work doesn’t end at delivery: with her, no email stays unanswered, and if there isn’t one, she goes looking for whoever can help.

You will never see Céline angry, complaining or upset. She is a rock. Everything moves forward, and she never gives up.

Away from the office, Céline loves discovering new horizons, whether through travel, trying new places or experimenting with new pastry recipes. Creative at heart, she fills her free time with pottery, interior decoration and DIY. She is also a great animal lover, who enjoys taking care of them.

Błażej joined us in 2021, bringing 5 years of experience at KERN-IT. A psychologist by training, with a PhD in neuropharmacology, he is our backend developer and data engineer.

A force of nature, unstoppable: code, data, complex problems. Fast, reliable and he moves fast. He runs like clockwork, a discipline he imposes on himself to maintain a healthy rhythm.

An excellent sparring partner, committed and highly professional, he never delivers half-baked work. You can talk about anything with him: technology, current events, music, video games, life sciences and biotech.

Talkative, a tinkerer, and a fan of old consoles. In his free time, he plays Vintage Story, tinkers with his NixOS infrastructure, or listens to vinyls while shuffling cards before a game with his wife.

He is also our in-house psychologist.

Jérôme first discovered KERN-IT in 2017, left to go back to school, then returned for good in 2022 — that’s 4 years of experience at KERN-IT. He works as a duo with Mohamad on the backend side and drives R&D around the Swag project.

His technical playground: Python, Django, SQLAlchemy, Wagtail, Docker, with a strong AI and LLM integration focus. He works in particular on real estate projects.

He is our AI scout: he got into it from the very first releases, and his weekend experiments often serve as the team’s first test.

A hybrid between Swiss Army knife and developer, he helps whenever needed — that’s his nature. He wears his heart on his sleeve, sometimes beyond the contractual scope. He always has ideas, always impulses; he is also our dreamer.

Our second night owl, sometimes found working with Khalid at ungodly hours. Fan of Japanese video games.

Elizabeth joined us in 2024, and has therefore been part of the KERN-IT team for 2 years. She is in charge of office management and the optimization of daily operations. Her role also covers prospecting and the administrative oversight of R&D projects coming out of KernLab.

A translator by training, Elizabeth speaks French, English, Spanish and Russian. She has a solid knowledge of TV series past and present, as well as geek culture references.

In her free time, she devotes herself to reading and pastry-making. But her hidden talent is writing — an activity she practices without the help of artificial intelligence, out of a concern for authenticity.

Jakub joined the team in 2025 — that’s 1 year at KERN-IT. Born in 2000, he dove into the design world at age 15, starting with pre-press and press during his secondary studies.

Throughout his journey and internships, inspired by various art forms, he has never stopped exploring and developing his skills, to the point of becoming not only a designer but also a developer.

His true strength: his listening and his precision. He is able to translate an entire conversation into images or words with disconcerting accuracy. He is also our AI explorer on the design side: AI now allows him to explore even more creative directions.

Jakub is delivering his first projects, and we will soon see him on increasingly complex missions, alongside Hélène and Błażej.

Passionate about multiple art forms, cycling, watchmaking, music, hardware (retro-computing included) and tinkering. Once he gets going, his focus is his best work tool.
