Generated timetable

In practice, a new school year with SchoolCore looks like this: the office opens the academic year and enrols students in their classes. How does it work? Semi-custom software
Off-the-shelf school software imposes its own way of working, and building a full platform from scratch is expensive and takes months. Our business platforms are semi-custom: a proven base, adjusted exactly to your school.

SchoolCore exists and already runs: programmes, course units, classes, enrolments, teachers, rooms and timetable. The core of the job is built, and your school does not fund its development.
2. Adjusted to your school
Your rules, your attendance, your teachers' platform, your links with Moodle and your website: from configuration to custom-built modules. White label if needed: your colours, your logo, your domain.
3. Paid monthly, all included
Hosting, backups, updates and support included. The monthly fee is set with two sliders: the amount of custom work and the pace you want, with a reserve of development days over the year. A predictable annual budget you can defend in front of a governing body, and a purchase option possible in the contract, like a real lease.

It is one of its most common uses. SchoolCore takes over the reference data (programmes, course units, classes, enrolments, timetable) and we add the screens specific to your current platform: student files, remarks, follow-up by learning outcome. We migrate your existing data when getting started.
SchoolCore organises the school, Moodle carries the course content. The two complement each other: classes and enrolments can feed Moodle to avoid double entry. We look at your setup during the demo.
SchoolCore runs on an all-inclusive monthly subscription with no upfront investment: like a lease, the monthly fee covers full use of the platform, and a purchase option can be included. It is set with two sliders: the amount of custom work and the pace you want, with a reserve of development days included over the year. We present a costed proposal during the demo.
Data is hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant: daily backups, encrypted exchanges, audit log and role-based access (management, office, teacher). Dedicated hosting is available for schools that require it.
The commitment stays flexible: the plan is sized and terminated under clear conditions, presented during the demo. If you stop, you get all of your data back in open formats: reversibility is part of the contract.
