With more than 23 years of proven expertise in property management and administration, Atelier Gestion (ATG) took advantage of a change in ownership to reinvent itself, modernize its image, and assert its premium positioning.

This project marks our second major collaboration with the client: following the success of their New Deal brokerage platform, the KERN-IT team was once again chosen to drive a 360-degree overhaul of their ecosystem.

We redesigned their entire visual identity (including a new logo, typography, and custom icons) and applied this new brand image to their physical marketing materials. Finally, we brainstormed, designed, and developed their new website, creating a seamless, elegant, and reassuring digital storefront for their future clients.

    A strong and elegant new identity for ATG

    It all began with a complete graphic transformation. Going far beyond code, we breathed new life into the ATG brand by redesigning its identity to blend institutional rigor with modern appeal. The new, more streamlined logo gains both status and readability. To deliver a comprehensive and cohesive brand experience, we rolled out this custom universe across everything from digital screens to physical marketing assets (business cards, stickers).

    A seamless and reassuring digital storefront

    Once the brand image was consolidated, we brainstormed, designed, and developed Atelier Gestion’s brand-new website. For a property manager, inspiring trust is paramount. We therefore structured the interface to highlight ATG’s expertise and service transparency. Every aspect of property administration is presented clearly and reassuringly; a vital element in breaking down landlords' barriers and encouraging them to get in touch.

    SOGIS Platform integration: A unified customer portal

    To deliver a fluid and seamless user experience, we connected the website to the SOGIS platform. Atelier Gestion’s clients can now access their secure personal portal with a single click, directly from the website.

    This integration simplifies day-to-day management for the agency while offering users a fully connected journey. By logging in, they can easily access a centralized space that gathers their entire file: AGM reports, expense statements, and much more.

    The perfect synergy between property management and brokerage

    Finally, to wrap up this strategic overhaul, we maximized the group’s strength by creating natural connections between its different business units. The website now features a smart showcase for New Deal, their dedicated brokerage firm. By linking Atelier Gestion's operations with this platform (developed during our first collaboration), we highlight the complementary nature of their expertise and build a powerful, unified digital ecosystem.
