Pahrtners is the Belgian recruitment and selection specialist dedicated to industry and life sciences. For years, Pahrtners has been supporting companies and talent in demanding sectors, where the precision of the match between a profile and a position makes all the difference.
For this project, our mission was to entirely redesign their website to highlight the full scope of their HR services and to streamline the connection between candidates and companies. We envisioned a modern platform, structured around a custom CMS and a JobBoard module, designed to serve two audiences with very distinct expectations within a single, cohesive experience.

At the heart of the platform, we developed a JobBoard that makes browsing job openings simple, clear, and immediate. Each listing is presented clearly to allow candidates to quickly picture themselves in the role, and the application process has been reduced to the bare minimum to convert interest into a job application without any friction. The objective: for the right profile to find the right opportunity and reach out to Pahrtners in seconds.


Two paths, two audiences, one single experience
A recruitment website caters as much to talent as it does to the companies looking for them. We therefore structured the navigation around two clear paths, ensuring every visitor immediately finds their place. On one side, the candidate space is focused on job openings; on the other, a section dedicated to businesses highlights Pahrtners’ expertise in recruitment and selection. This clean division naturally guides each audience to the service that matters to them.
Dedicated sector pages, designed for organic search
Pahrtners’ expertise spans five distinct sectors: Life Sciences, Industry, Innovation & Technologies, Investment Funds, and Societal Impact. Rather than grouping them on a single generic page, we designed a dedicated page for each, in order to precisely address candidate and company searches specific to each field. Each page highlights the specializations covered, the profiles sought, and the firm's expertise on the ground.
This network of sector pages forms a true foundation for organic search: each page targets a specific search intent, with an optimized URL structure and content designed for SEO. As a result, Pahrtners gains visibility on high-value, targeted queries, while offering every visitor an entry point that is perfectly aligned with their needs.


Automatically generated landing pages to cover the long tail
To multiply Pahrtners’ visibility on ultra-specific searches, we went a step further than the sector pages. Using a keyword matrix crossing cities, sectors, and precise professions, we implemented automated landing page generation directly within Wagtail. Each combination — a profession, within a sector, for a given city — gives rise to a dedicated page, built on the same editorial model as the sector pages and powered by AI.
The system runs autonomously: new pages are created every day without any manual intervention. This engine allows Pahrtners to capture a long tail of local and ultra-targeted queries, the ones candidates and companies actually type into their searches, and to transform an organic visibility that would otherwise be hard to reach into a genuine flow of qualified traffic. A scalable approach that turns SEO into a continuous growth lever rather than a static effort.
