The main challenge was to create a high-performance tool capable of centralizing their brokerage, property management, and property valuation services within a single, engaging interface.

Advanced search engine and filters
To deliver a smooth, frictionless user experience, we developed a powerful and intuitive internal search engine. In just a few clicks, visitors can filter the entire property listing catalog based on precise criteria: transaction type (buy or rent), property type, budget, or geographic location. This fine-tuned segmentation instantly guides users to their ideal property.
Interactive mapping and geolocation system
Property search becomes highly visual thanks to the integration of a customized mapping module. This dynamic mapping system precisely geolocates every available property on the market near the user. It is an essential tool for helping future buyers or tenants immediately visualize themselves in their future neighborhood and evaluate the property's surroundings.
Real-time synchronization with Whise CRM
The true technical strength of this project lies in its full interconnection with the Whise real estate CRM. We implemented an automated technical gateway that synchronizes all agency data (photos, descriptions, prices, property statuses) in real time. For the New Deal team, this represents a massive time saver as catalog management is completely centralized, while ensuring users always see perfectly up-to-date listings.
