DUC is a university bookshop specializing in scientific books and educational materials. To provide the best daily support for students and faculty, they also offer comprehensive print and copy services, both in-store and online.
Our long-standing collaboration with the DUC led us to take on a major challenge: completely modernizing their online presence through a 360-degree overhaul. The goal was to design a high-performance digital platform capable of centralizing their catalog, streamlining document management, and delivering a modern, intuitive online shopping experience.

Document management and printing module
The platform integrates a custom tool designed to automate and simplify print queue management. This feature allows students to instantly upload their own files and personal documents directly to the website. The interface offers a seamless user journey to configure print preferences in just a few clicks, ensuring fast, friction-free file processing before production.
Centralized course syllabus & notes catalog
Alongside this, we built a dynamic catalog system to cleanly organize all official academic resources in one place. Students can seamlessly search, filter, and select syllabi and course notes shared by their professors. The module gives the campus community a centralized, universal gateway to all the learning materials essential to their studies.
E-Shop integration and fast 48-hour delivery
To deliver a complete customer experience, the platform is directly connected to a high-performance e-shop that digitizes 100% of the ordering process. This allows customers to configure and finalize their prints directly online, then choose the logistics option that suits them best. Whether they prefer fast home delivery within 48 business hours or a free in-store pickup at one of the DUC locations, everything has been designed to maximize flexibility and save users precious time.
