Since 2017, we have supported IKOAB, a major player in Belgian coliving, through a progressive, strategic, and scalable digital transformation. Starting from an existing site in need of modernization, we designed a custom digital ecosystem built to fuel their explosive growth: from 10 to over 60 houses and 600+ rooms.

Our mission? To create a platform capable of absorbing the operational complexity of a rapidly expanding business model, while providing a seamless, intuitive, and automated experience for tenants, landlords, and internal teams alike.

We focused on automating business processes, optimizing the user experience at every stage of the journey, and ensuring iterative, sustainable development capable of evolving with on-the-ground realities.

This approach allowed IKOAB to save considerable time, strengthen partner loyalty, and improve end-user satisfaction, all while significantly reducing operating costs.

    Invoicing & Payments in just one click

    Streamlining financial management for hundreds of tenants

    We designed a clear, automated dashboard allowing every tenant to manage their payments independently.
    Amounts due, coverage periods, payment status, and invoice access: everything is centralized for a smooth experience.

    Simplified and Centralized Request Management

    A dedicated space where every request gets a fast response

    We designed an ultra-intuitive request management system for IKOAB, allowing every resident to submit, track, and resolve their inquiries without friction. Maintenance, administrative questions, or specific requests: everything is grouped in a clear dashboard, with statuses and actions visible at a glance.

    A Clear and Automated Landlords Portal

    Tracking rental income has never been easier

    We designed a dedicated interface for IKOAB’s partner landlords, allowing them to view their monthly rental income seamlessly and independently. Every property management invoice is automatically generated, linked to a specific asset, and available online at any time.

    Business Impact:

    • Consolidated view of rental income per property
    • Easy document downloads for accounting
    • Zero manual exchange required: everything is centralized, up-to-date, and accessible

    This automation has enabled IKOAB to strengthen the trust of its investors and landlords, while drastically reducing the administrative burden associated with financial management.

    Practical Information: Everything your tenants need, all in one place

    Simplifying your residents' daily lives through a user-centric interface

    In the member area we developed for IKOAB, every resident finds a centralized 'Practical Information' section, gathering all daily essentials: cleaning schedules, Wi-Fi details, waste collection calendars, sorting instructions, local services, and much more.

    Instead of juggling endless messages, calls, or emailed PDFs, every essential resource is now just a click away. This allows tenants to be autonomous, well-informed, and at ease — from the moment they move in and throughout their entire coliving stay.
