KERN IT designed and developed a custom professional mapping platform for their teams, replacing a legacy paper and PDF-based store locator that was costly, slow to maintain, and prone to errors.

This B2B mapping solution, integrated with the Efficy CRM, now enables rapid territory analysis, visualizes over 12,000 commercial locations, evaluates zone potential, and prepares concrete projects for professional clients.

Unlike standard mapping solutions, the platform was designed as a durable professional tool, integrated into existing processes, with high levels of performance, reliability, and clarity, even at a large scale.

In production since 2020, this custom store locator has become a central decision-making tool used daily by the Cushman & Wakefield team.
