  • Fragmented management across Odoo, Excel spreadsheets, and the native Peplink InControl tool;

To address these challenges, KERN IT developed VENN ERP; a hybrid web platform fully tailored to Venn Telecom’s specific needs.     • The system handles complex billing rules (including flat rates, actual usage, and overages), and generates invoices automatically. It also connects directly to carriers to track SIM card consumption precisely, preventing surprises and financial losses.
  • Providing a seamless and professional client experience
    • A modern, secure, and multilingual client portal allows users to manage their services autonomously: equipment, invoices, support tickets, consumption, and more. Specific portals are also available for different user profiles (clients, partners).
  • Real-time equipment monitoring
    • The platform enables active monitoring of Peplink routers and Starlink terminals: alerts, geolocation, performance metrics, and usage history are all centralized and actionable
  • Granular management of network services and data
    • VENN ERP collects and structures millions of network data points: consumption, connection quality, errors, and alerts. This data powers operational dashboards that provide Venn with clear visibility into activity, support, and operational performance.
  • Optimizing customer support
    • Through an impersonation feature, support teams can temporarily log into a client account to reproduce an issue, while ensuring full traceability for every action.
  • Synchronizing existing business tools
    • Our native integration with Odoo centralizes orders, products, invoices, and customer data, ensuring information consistency at every stage.
  • Benefiting from a modular architecture
    • The platform was designed to evolve: it can accommodate new modules, integrate new technologies, and support Venn’s international growth without operational disruption.
